‘S’ stands for…

Today’s Washington Post reports two additional women have courageously come forward with sickening accounts of being harassed as teenagers in the 1970’s by Roy S. Moore.

Hey, what’s that “S” stand for anyway? …scumbag? …stupid? …sleazy?

What, signatures in high school yearbooks aren’t proof enough? C’mon people, what are you holding out for? …carbon dating on the pages themselves or dodgy forensic handwriting analysis of his signature?

Based on what I’ve read so far, it sounds like Bible-thumpers in Alabama won’t be satisfied until DNA tests come back positive on some 40 year-old pair of women’s Jordache jeans or something…

How many more victims will it take before voters in Alabama send this deviant to prison instead of the Senate?

The “S” stands for nothing, absolutely nothing at all… :-(

…just Moore bullsh*t

Excellent reporting in Friday’s Washington Post describing the explosive controversy surrounding accused sexual predator Roy S. Moore…

James Hohmann sheds light on the duplicitous nature of the Republican party when it comes to supporting morally compromised candidates time and time again.

Dana Milbank exposes the blatant hypocrisy of those Bible-thumping zealots who prefer to pick and choose the passages they use to rationalize deviant behavior of their fellow zealots.

Jennifer Rubin explains why Republicans put politics before principles every single time…

Greg Sargent points out why the president* won’t condemn Moore’s predatory behavior and insist this pervert withdraw from the Senate race in Alabama.

Dirty [money] Laundering

The Washington Post article published on Monday described charges brought by special prosecutor Robert S. Mueller III against three former Trump campaign officials as part of the ongoing investigation into Russian meddling during the 2016 election cycle. Money laundering. Income tax evasion/fraud. Lying to investigators.

…and this is just the beginning!

Meanwhile the Whiner-in-Chief™ continues to cower in the White House, launching volley after volley of truly pathetic pleas via Twitter to his truly pathetic base. “Oooh, don’t forget about Hillary! Oooh, what about Comey? Emails! Emails! Emails!”

Like I said, pathetic.

Be sure to check out Jennifer Rubin’s opinion piece in the Washington Post where she asks:

…if Trump is this hysterical now, one wonders what he’ll be like…

when the inevitable stream of indictments related to those oh-so-inept/illegal campaign tactics emerge! Yes, I said inevitable. …yup, lots and lots of very dirty laundry1, folks!
