Grifter-in-Chief™

Apologies for the protracted absence dear reader, but I’ve returned. ;-)

The events of the past week cannot be ignored – by me, by you, or frankly by any patriotic citizen of the United States with access to a newspaper, a radio, a television, or a reputable/trustworthy online news source, (tragically, there are precious few of those)…

Heather Vogell’s article published by Propublica describing inconsistencies with Trump’s tax returns.
Katie Rogers’ and Eric Lipton’s article published in the New York Times about Trump backpedaling, (what else?), on his ill-informed push to host the G7 at one of his tacky golf resorts.
Nicholas Kristof’s article assessing Trump’s incoherent and inconsistent approach to foreign policy, (paywall).
Frank Bruni’s article asking us how low will Trump go? …pretty damned low, if you ask me, (paywall).
Kaly Soto’s article summarizing impeachment-related happenings this week, (paywall).

The Editorial Board of the Washington Post published an article flatly stating Trump’s ham-handed, (…yeah, those cute, tiny, hammy little paws), self-dealing is textbook corruption.

Philip Rucker and David A. Fahrenthold’s article published in the Washington Post decrying Trump’s attempt to line his pockets with taxpayer dollars.
Philip Rucker’s article casting light on the myriad of weaknesses this pathetic – and soon to be impeached – president has presented to Americans.
Karoun Demirjian’s article describing this administration’s attempts to smear political opponents.
